How long will delivery take?
Please allow for 10-14 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped to you.
How much does shipping cost?
It is a flat rate of $7.80 standard tracked shipping on all orders.
If your order is over $50, shipping is free!
Can I get a refund/return an item?
I do not accept change of mind refunds or returns. All sales are final on my products.
However, if your item was damaged, please see the question below.
What do I do about a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged or broken item, I require photographic evidence of the item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. I will work with you to assess whether the damage was caused via delivery or was a fault of mine.
Faulty items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Potential outcomes could be replacements (depending on availability) or partial refunds.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I am only shipping within Australia at the moment. (But maybe one day!)

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes, for most sensitivities!
All of my earrings are made with surgical grade 316 stainless steel hooks, which is a high-quality material that is durable and resistant to corrosion. They are designed to minimise the risk of allergic reactions and are gentle for most ears.
Are all items exactly the same as pictured?
While I strive to ensure that each item is photographed as close to real life as possible, there may be slight variations in colour between the picture and the physical product.
Additionally, for zines and accessories, there may be slight variations in colour, texture or design from product to product due to their hand-made nature. (I try my best though!)
What is a zine?
A zine (pronounced "zeen"), is a self-published booklet or magazine. They are DIY publications; often found as mini zines printed on a sheet of A4 and folded into 8 pages. However, some zines could be hundreds of pages long or even a single page long, and there are also many zines that are purely digital.
Zines can be about anything, and the possibilities are endless on the topics they cover. From "10 reasons why I love Batman" to "an in-depth look at the theory of panpsychism", there's no limits on what a zine can be about.
I encourage you to look more into zines and I highly recommend you try and make one for yourself!
